or...
you could get a cap from another car that fits the brake res, go to a tire change place and get a steel tire nipple with all the trimmings (a used one that they are going to toss - free!), drill a hole in the cap and fit said tire fitting.
using a bicycle pump... fill the res to the TOP and put the cap on, open the nipple on the clutch slave using a 13mm six point socket if you can get a straight shot at it, place lots of rags there (it only needs to be just snug and no more) pump the pump about three times.... and see the fluid come out, be sure to pull the cap *before* the fluid is too low, add fluid, replace the cap and pump, repeat, do this about five times (you are looking for sputtering of air and then more fluid), *close the bleeder* and try your clutch pedal (you can leave your tool cap on - no need to put the car cap on). if it doesn't feel right do it again. note that I did *not* close the bleeder between adding more fluid, you don't have to if you don't push the pedal... should take you about 30 minutes max.
And if you want to be too cool... you could use Super Blue fluid for it's properties, seeing the color come through is the key that you have pushed enough through the system.
A power bleeder makes this much easier, especially for the brakes, but the volume that the clutch system needs is much smaller and you can do it this way. Someone also made a cylinder that screws onto the top of the res and then you use that same cap on top of that, this gives you more volume, bike pump and you are on your way. Remember, don't over pressurize, slower is fine.
