Use a jack under the lower control arm to counter the spring.
You back off bolts to one side of the control arm and then jack a little.
You'll see them move - try to get it so you can get the bolts out the rest of the way by hand - they will go in much easier! No cross threading.
Use ample Armor All when you press them back in - that's the best I've found.
The bushings like to wiggle, so just take your time.
A vise/press and a set of sockets is all you need.
15 ton press is what I use.
