I do agree tht the "Made In Italy" ones seem to actually rust up rather quickly. I do keep one I bought as a spare "emergency" one, though I doubt I would ever use it.
If you must do, it probably won't be too bad to change later. I found that removing the radiator gives a bit of room to remove the driver pin. I also highly recommend the "Big Nut" method (search the board). What I used was 2 seat belt bolts. first, remove the driver pin. If you have hydraulics, push on the clutch and insert the spacer tool or bucket handle.
If no hydraulics, Unbolt the pressure plate, take big screwdriver and pry it from the flywheel, compressing the fingers. Then use the head of the seat belt bolt as a spacer, one on each side. You will then be able to easily insert the ring tool, or bucket handle between the pressure plate fingers and housing. Take out the 3 hex nuts on the slave, remove the seat belt bolts and out it comes. I think the hardest part ofd the job is the 3 hex bolts on the slave.
I'm leaving a lot out so search the board for the details. I'm not expert but I can do the clutch now in about an hour and a half, if the slave hexbolts come out reasonably easy. I would try and replace the hexbolts with new and make sure you coat sealer on the threads for re-assembly of the slave.
