Simon,
the idea was to heat up the tank (reservoir) cause several times in the past I had a piece of ice instead of fluid there. See above: I filled it with an alcohol mixture a week or two ago when it was say 20F and this morning it was say 0F outdoors. Yep, if I use 100% alcohol all the time then it won't freeze at all, but pls refer to my evaporation note of the pure alcohol. Also I don't want to drill any holes in the tank so idea of putting a tube supplied with hot engine coolant (as it was implemented in some old Merces) by was given up.
As for that site you mentioned - pls refer to my calculations and fluid consumption. When it's really dirty here I can spend 5L in 20 miles of run or even less. Their gizmo should be of 1KW of power to meet my requirements and even in this case it won't work since it will do nothing if there's a huge piece of ice and no fluid in the reservoir.
