I'd bet you'd be looking at at least a grand ($1,000). On the other hand, if you take the good motor out of the car yourself, why not do the swap yourself. It really is not that hard (check out the 5 speed conversion FAQ or Bentley). You just need a hoist and a lot of patience. Unhook everything pull off the axles, undo the motor mounts, and lift.
Easier still if you leave the transmission from the donor car attached and just swap out the entire drive train. ECU and other bits change between those engines but just take everything from the donor and move it in.
It's a bit daunting, but everything becomes pretty apparent after a couple of hours into it. label everything, take lots of digital pix. Probably will take you two weekends, or a weekend and a few late nights after work.
