No, take out the front seats, console, door sills and rear seat bottom. Basically two bolts on the front seats, a coulpe of pins on the rear seat bottom and the console some screws. First remove the filler piece on the console that will reveal two screws. remove the screws on the side of the front console. There is a bolt behind the ash tray, that needs to come out. Lift up the shifter boot to remove two bolts. Remove the rear ash tray and there are two screws there. I think that is it. I'm sure if I missed something someone will add it.
