The line isn't too hard, though getting the fitting off of the MC can be an exercise in contortion. There are clips you'll need to loosen with a TORX driver, and you'll probably have to get some tubes out of the way, but nothing hard.
Problem with a junkyard line, is you may end up doing it again soon. And you need to be able to test it before you take it home.
The Schraeder valve can be had at any auto parts in their tire section.
The clutch fluid is sectioned off from the brake fluid, so that even if the clutch drains completely, there is a plethora of fluid left for braking. but the brake fluid level light won't come on if the clutch bleeds dry.
