It might be a paperweight...
You CANNOT use cam caps with the external oiling holes in the top on an internal-oiling head (which all 2.3s are). You'll get fountains of oil...
Also, the cam caps are machined WITH the head, and in specific locations. While it's possible that it'll all work fine, it's equally possible that the clearances will be slightly too tight, or slightly too loose causing premature wear, or insifficient lubrication.
