Plastic Radiator Drain Plug - Replacement Part?

Hi all,
Just flushed/filled coolant over the weekend. I have a newer plastic radiator in the car ('94T-conv.)
The drain plug for the radiator must have cross threaded going back in despite my cautious effort. It is in there tight enough that it is not leaking a drop right now.
It did take more torque than I thought it would to loosen initially so the threads were possibly messed up before (but I changed the coolant last time so if the threads were messed up was it was my fault anyway...but it was snugged up properly).
Can a replacement for that plug be purchased anywhere or has anyone else experienced this and if so what was the solution?
Thanks!
Todd
