I can relate with you there. Down here in South Texas, weather is unbearable from May to September. I don't have the luxury of a garage, but do have some nice Oaks to work under. Unfortunately, ten minutes in this humid nightmare and I'm already drenched in sweat and cussing like a sailor. I try to save all of my project work for the fall and winter months. When I get side work though, winter and fall months are not an option. Though in the middle of Summer, I sometimes wish I passed the work up.
Just remember, drink a lot of water, even if you are not thirsty. My wife works for the parks and wildlife department, and you would not believe how many "athletic" people have to be rescued off the trails. Most of those people thought a twenty oz bottle of water is good enough for a ten mile hike in humid triple digit weather.
