I did not take any photos and it is not easy for me to scan my Plymouth shop manual.

One thing I forgot to mention: The rebuild kits are "universal" and include more seals that you will need. It is hard to know which seal to use when there are two that look almost the same. For example I had two seals that were each about one inch in diameter. One was a snug fit around the circumference and maybe a little short. There other was a wee bit too small in circumference but a bit taller - between 1/32 and 1/16 of an inch taller than the hole (so it stood proud a little). I picked the too tall one thinking it would compress a little bit and make a better seal. I am not sure if this was right. So far (two months) it is not leaking but time will tell.
I believe the kit I used was Edelmann part# 7910 but I think all the kits are about the same.
