found the leak while i was at the Indy Posted by vvack0matic [Email] (#1443) [Profile/Gallery] (more from vvack0matic) on Tue, 9 Nov 2010 15:49:13 In Reply to: Re: AHUGG THE WORLDS COMMING TO A END, SWEDECAR [Profile/Gallery] , Tue, 9 Nov 2010 14:57:41 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
just dropped in to say hi, and seeing i was just out destroying all the kids in their rice burners i thought i`d pop the hood and check the fluids and do i once over everything to make sure it was all in order, and what did i hear, a very faint hissing coming from the front of the fuel rail, i had suggested snipping the plastic line and doing the procedure you just mentioned, and the Indy said worst case scenario the plastic hose that has a hole after its snipped when pushing a new barb into the line the plastic might continue to split, and as the 9-5 is at the Indy to get work done i need the spg, and if this worse case scenario happens it will leave me stranded. seeing you done this procedure a few times, how often dose the old fuel line continue to split when pushing the barb connector into it?
