Crushed by a tree....

On Tuesday I lost my 90' 900 TC during a heavy wind storm. I bought "The Dang-er" a little over 2 years ago and in that time drove over 63k, added an spg kit, added a 5-piece spoiler, aero rims, red box, and performed just normal maintenance. It only left me stranded one time when the alternator died this summer. Having owned 6 saabs in my 10 years of driving this was by far my favorite. The Dang-er was going into storage for the winter on Saturday, but unfortunately the storm came through first. I attached a link to some pictures of the extensive damage.
I have a few questions about how to go about settling all claims on the car. I rent the home I live in and have spoken to, and emailed my land lady multiple times about the need to remove the large dead trees on the back of the property that line a private road. In one email I stated that " one if these trees is going to fall and crush my car" Luckily I am fully covered by my insurance ( even the removal of the tree will be covered) but I am going to have to subtract my deductible from the amount the insurance gives me. (500.00).
-do you think she/ her insurance will be held responsible given the fact that the tree that fell was dead, and myself and the neighbors have voiced their concern over the trees in question?
- How much can I expect to get from my 1990 900 TC with 192000, no visible rust, spg kit, new top, red box, aero rims ( although i realize that these add-ons do not really add to the overall value, when I installed them I reported it to my insurance so they have it on record.)
-What is the typical amount to pay for a buy back?? I would like to get all the spg parts back and the rims.
I already miss my 900 terribly, but have already begun shopping for another.. My Gary Fisher 9-5 wagon is cool, but the 900 TC is more my style.
