that is heartbreaking to look at. dunno how much buy back is, but there looks to be a lot of salvageable parts on it. Especially if you have a known good + well maintained engine/tranny, that's always helpful when you're shopping for another project... lots of nice verts cosmetically with questionable automatics + 2.1L etc... I'd say save whatever you can if the buy back price is ok!
