Possibly the rubber grommets or bushings you can see when hood is opened on Pasengers side. Look at valve cover where it likely reads 16 valve look down from that on right side of engine compartment and you will see a long bolt running front to back . The bushing front and rear on this bolt get dry and sweak. The opposite side, (drivers s8ide is much harder to see. There may be a better fix but white grease spary has silenced that noise for me. There is also a more serious issue that arrises with rusted Saabs in the lower A frame area. They will rust/crack and sometimes break. This is a danger when it happens when moving down the road. others may give more info or correct mine as I am on the fly as have not had any rusty lower A frame issues.
