You still haven't cleared up weather or not the port on the reservoir is open, all of your posts talk about rise and fall of fluid in a bleeder hose but none of them describe rise of fluid in master reservoir.Could the reservoir be from an automatic car?It wouldn't have the spicot perforated. Pull the clutch reservoir line off of the reservoir and see if fluid runs out. Also the line comes out of the reservoir high up enough to prevent losing enough fluid to affect braking
Hope this helps,Larry
