Those Thule load bars should handle that easily. Make sure it is securely installed, and definitely tie it down so that not only does it not move left to right, it doesn't shift forward and backward.
The theory is that if the car were turned upside down, the load should be able to stay on.
Unless there are 30 2x4's, the load bars on rain gutters should handle it. Make sure to evenly distribute the load!
