Hey, thanks for looking that up. I was going to try and dig up my own Bentley, but it is buried after having moved recently.
So it looks like the wiring diagram shows the rheostat only controlling the driver's side? The passenger's side is on its own? I really think this was a bad design if this is the case, but it is what it is then.
I'd guess there should be a way to wire something into the passenger side seat, maybe some switch reachable under the seat. Not very elegant.
Right now passengers have been none too pleased at being baked without option, and that kind of fits with other posts I have read the BBS. Funny that I remember (I guess incorrectly) being able to control both with the single rheostat...
Another annoying thing is if you decide to go and pull the fuse for the heated seats, you also lose the voltmeter, thermometer and oil-pressure gage along the way. :(
