The ABS harness (like the passive belt harness) is mostly self contained, and the firewall is mostly the same. A couple holes would need to be drilled, but nothing major. Probably an engine-out activity, though. Primary issue on an '87 would be the need to swap to '90+ axles with the hole for the ABS sensor.
You'd need:
The whole ABS assembly
All the ABS wiring
All four ABS sensors
ABS computer
'90+ front spindles
'90+ rear axle
'88+ handbrake + cables
'90+ brake pedal/clutch assembly
When you were done, you'd have an irreparable, trouble-prone, 3-channel ABS system designed in the '80s. BLECH. :)
If you are going to go to this trouble, I would hack out the ABS system from a late model Saab 9000. At least then you'd have a 4-channel system with a chance of living out this decade.
