They got og9-5 and ng9-3 (ss up to 2006 I think) IP (or licenses anyway) + tooling. I don't think they have any use for c900 or 9000, or probably even og9-3 (or sonett or 92 etc)... I assume that older "IP" was mothballed (long ago)? there is probably some legacy technology overlap though, maybe even extending to the tooling in a few rare cases? I doubt it matters...

Parts did an "end of life" parts run for the 9-5 (and probably other older cars)... c900 would have gone through that ages ago + as I understand it, GM was starting to NLA parts left right and center around the time of the first "bankruptcy"...
