I am the seller of a set of the No.8 primaries. The buyer is a fellow from Europe.

I had three or four of these gear sets. I sold one last year and this other one just now.

The gears are pretty complicated affairs and the teeth are not all aligned. I can't even imagine how much replicating them would cost.

I don't know if the chains are different between primary ratios either. I guess anything could be replicated with enough time and money. If I had enough of both I'd magically wind up with a new 82 900 turbo sedan in slate blue. ;).
