Well. I spent most of the evening hooning around the block and then back in the garage scratching my head. Was just about to give up for the night and go eat ice cream (it cures everything) but I took it for onnnneeee last spin around the block after rearranging some various vacuum lines and electrical wires and.... I'VE GOT BOOST!!!

The hood was pinching something.

I was down there with wax paper laid out over the engine bay, closing the hood to see if I saw any "bite marks." Nothing. Put a piece of industrial insulating rubber down to make sure nothing was shorting. Nothing. But whatever, in the end, I've got boost!! This car hauls!!
