As has been mentioned, it is the exact same bumper as all other 1986 900 2-door or 4-door cars, and is 99.99% likely the exact same bumper as all the 3-door and 5-door cars.
Saab was never a rich car company, and when they came out with the 4-door cars in 1981, they used the same bumper as the 3 & 5-door cars, even though the sedan bodywork is actually wider at the very rear than the hatchback bodywork. The hatchback bodywork came straight from the 99, and tapers inward, and the bumpers easily clear the sheetmetal. The 900 sedans do not taper nearly as much (if at all), and so to make the same bumper fit, Saab chose to scallop the rear fenders on the sedans (and thus, the CV), so that the hatchback bumper can be used on the sedans, rather than make an entirely new bumper.
