Yes, it seems they've switched to SmartPost. Which sucks. I had some stuff shipped to my office which I needed pretty urgently. I ordered it a week in advance of needing it though. Of course, the day before I need it FedEx puts up a Delivery Exception on the tracking page, saying USPS attempted delivery at 4:30pm (yeah, we were open) but the business was closed. The package got sent back to eEuro. The only times that has happened before was when the sender didn't specify which business I was in. There are five in our building.
Anyway, an employee there took the time to notice my billing address (30 miles from my office) was about 2 minutes from his own house. So he repacked my box and hand-delivered it to me after work. I feel like they're expanding and are working very hard to work out the kinks, but I'll still order from them.
