I may have missed this on your previous posts, but is it worse if you are turning one way or the other - ie loading one side of the suspension or the other.
Also, from your description it sounds like if you are not pushing the engine hard, the wobble is not there - for example, accelerating slowly through 4K RPM does not produce the wobble, but, hammer down it does - true? I've heard this makes a case for the inner driver.
That said, I've had a loose rack before which exhibited some real weird characteristics - something which was not caught during alignment or TRE replacement (I don't go to that place anymore).
