A few things come to mind in addition to what you mentioned:
- check the vacuum lines and bushings that hold vacuum nipples into the valve cover and intake manifold. I had a bad one that caused the same sorts of things.
- Check the large PCV hose for cracks.
- Check the turbo bypass valve for a diaphragm leak. The stalling on decel sounds like a classic case
Cleaning the APC valve with throttle cleaner may help although, depending on how many miles you have on it, the brushes and commutator might be worn enough w warrant replacement.
