Roger D is correct. There is a hole in the rubber block which mounts in the middle of the rr bumper. If you remove the spare tyre & look under the brace, you will see a hole approx. 1/2" hole in the sheet metal. Look underneath & you will see another hole. If you carefully drill the two will connect & the wiring harness will go through. This is the way Saab intended it be done & it works!
