Brian, if you don't have the space and need to get rid of it, sell it "as is" at an affordable price to a saab enthusiast (tsn classifieds is a good way to find them). These cars are getting rarer and someone else might be able to make good use of it. You won't get as much money as parting out, but you won't waste your time either - parting takes time (=$$). Don't bother fixing the dent, motor, etc... just include the parts as part of the deal and save your time...
It sounds like money is not a significant factor here for you. If you are considering selling to a charity - that sounds nice, and it is easy, but what you are actually doing is sending it to the crusher, probably with limited parts salvaged and the charity gets the scrap metal value (ie peanuts)... that's probably sensible for a rusted out toyota corrola, but there's more value in a c900 to enthusiasts because of the rarity (and parts shortages)... imho, you'd be better off donating the $ you earn selling it directly to a charity of your choice if charity is what you are interested in.
that's my 2 cents.
