I noticed that a few years ago, and the quality is certainly different. I used ibe right out if the package, and put it to a serious test, and after examining the bite surface of the vise grip-surely it had worn down. This is even more prevalent with the smaller vise grips. Yet, I even suspect that the later vise grips made here, weren't as good as the ones twenty years ago.
Love vise grips as well, including the smaller cuter long noses ones-perfect for those stubborn slave cylinder bolts on the c900s.
Every garment I have on right this minute is made in China.
Yet, I wonder if we can point a bold finger since we drive non american cars. Frankly, if I had to drive a domestic vehicle-that would be the end of the hobby. I can't think of one that is appealing-old or present.
