if you can add power to the fuel pump at the pump proper....
and the car runs
then I suspect that the problem is at the thru connector from the fuse block on the left fender into the car. there are three of them and I forget the numbers but it's the middle one, a reach above the hood release lever and you will feel them. I've had this on two cars and it was the proverbial last ditch effort.... my friend Gary the Saab Master poured over the wiring diagrams after we proved that a direct power to the fuel pump made the car drive (we did that for 2 weeks, took power off the trunk light with a jumper to drive, removed jumper to shut off) and the wire in question goes thru that connector.
