forgot to say that all the test were done with the pump loaded into standard nozzle. When blind-loaded they show the same peak pressure, but it takes slightly more time for them to reach it. The 3rd weak pump went off for 10% in the blind-load test.
With 12V supplied (+-1%) all were eating around 3.3-3.6A. Since rotary pumps tend to have about constant efficiency vs RPM's (unless we come to cavitation) and electric power for DC motors heavily depends on voltage supplied, it is also very worth to check ground points and the whole pump wiring if you've got a weak jet. I can not confirm it with certain gathered values (my gauge ends at 1.6 bar), but organoleptic evaluation is that the pressure had went significantly higher when gave it 14.2V
So bad ground or damaged wires or corroded terminals are eating your jet. Massively.
