OH and for anyone interested, I couldn't get the car into reverse when setting the transmission & stick both into the 4th gear position and tightening the clamp. Tried twice and it wouldn't go into reverse. So I set the stick and transmission both in reverse, tightened the clamp, and abbercadabber it shifts fine.
