Help with SPG panel

Folks, I have a wonderful '91 SE convertible in my garage right now and my other Saabs are jealous. I am cleaning up and replacing missing mounting hardware for the side panels and bumper extensions. One of the side panels has pulled loose from its aluminum rail. Any ideas as to what glue to use to bond the aluminum rail to the urethane SPG panel?
