It makes me wonder that the oil tube is blocked from the oil returning to the engine sump, but then being pushed out of a hole in the tube?
I think a bolt missing is the most probable as Anders suggested. Since it was an auto to manual trans swap, there is always a chance that a bolt was not installed during the conversion. Gee whiz, how on earth would I know that.....only because it happened to me as well. Thanks to RogerD who pointed out the need for the bolt that goes through the block into the transmission where the location bushing is right by the turbo oil return line. Look in the passenger side very front corner of the transmission and see if there is a bolt head AND if there is, then make sure it is TIGHT.
