The problem is the XR4Ti has 12mm lugs and the 900/9000 has 14mm lugs. The hole is simply too large, no lug nut is going to fix that. It's really not that big of a deal. I don't think I would track an XR4Ti with Saab wheels, but for getting around it shouldn't be an issue.
XR4Tis use a similar offset to a c900 - but have greater flexibility in their wheel wells. If it fits on a c900, it will fit on an XR4Ti. The only caution I would issue is that XR4Tis have REALLY soft springs, so too low of an offset may cause interference with the fender on full compression (which is fairly easy to achieve due to the aforementioned soft springs...)
I ran 9000-sized tires on my XR4Ti when it had Saab wheels - 205/50-16 on Aero wheels.
Brakes are a hybrid of Ford parts. Calipers are from a ~2000 Mustang GT (SN95 body). They are two piston aluminum calipers, quite light. Rotors are from a Focus SVT, 12.8" IIRC. They need at minimum a 16" wheel, and fitment is iffy. 17" wheels to be sure. You can use Cougar/Contour SVT rotors and save some diameter, and then use 16" and some 15" wheels.
