If it is US market, is a 1991 model year convertible, was painted (at the factory) Platana Grey (or Monte Carlo Yellow), has the side skirts and the three-spoke wheels, then it is an SE.
It is, however, NOT an "SPG". In the US, "SPG"s were only three-door body style 900s. The Convertibles that got the "Aero" package (skirts & wheels), did not get the SPG springs, nor the SPG engine tune.
None of the SEs were numbered. The only 900s that were numbered were the 1993 (3-door) and 1994 (Convertible) Comemmorative Edition cars. The only other convertible that got a badge was the "Springtime in Sweden" 1988 Convertible.
