The oil pressure relief valve cover is the 17 mm bolt in the center of the photo that has the green sealing washer. You access it from below and it's hard to get a wrench on. Often just loosening and then re-tightening it will clear a speck of debris and get it working again. When it jams it will drop the pressure and the light will come on but you'll always have something like 7 PSI so as long as you don't rev or load the engine or run it long you won't do any damage. If it's really jammed up you'll need to actually remove and clean it. Just be prepared for a difficult task, it's really tucked up in there.
