Bought the rebuild kit once and it turned into a disaster and the distributor ended up finding out what its like to be a rocket as I winged it a half a block down the road. I alway invested in used turbo distributors. Any distributor will work from 85-94 only difference was the connection from the motor harnes changed in 88-89. I salvaged the motor harness plug from a post 89t and wired if into my car (88) If you can't get the hall to work in your rebuild and all you can find is a pre 88t dist. Get the motor harness for the hall in the pre 88 and wire that sucker in. Keep your 93 motor harnes so you can switch back when needed.

Over my time I accumulated a wide selection, like 4 pre88t dist. And 3 post 89t
