Thanks for your research. A1Cardone and Autozone were the only things I came up with, too.
I got a tip from a cousin who's a mechanic specializing in vintage and period cars for the movies. He thinks there's a chance it's a stuck valve body in the servo/booster housing and a strategic squirt of WD40 in the right spot might free it up. I'll post back if it works.
