Chiming in: Try spraying a dose of Start Fluid into a vac hose intake manifold. With the spark you describe the engine should start and run a few seconds if the distributor is set correctly. (Ignition Timing)If nothing happens I'd say incorrect timing or a bad ECU. (even though you ran the injector test) Even with low compression it would at least fire so it's not the cam timing. ( I once forgot to torque the head bolts but engine still started after A LOT of cranking. That caper blew the new H.G.!)
