High Idle after cleaning throttle body

Cleaned the inside of the throttle body, air mass meter---used air flow sensor cleaner. Have a high idle now. I understand that's common but should go back to normal after a few days. I've driven the car about 700 miles since and nothing's changed. Checked for vacuum leaks--nothing, throttle position sensor seems fine--reinstalled that just to make sure. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what's the cure?
