Disconnect the valve from the electrical connect and the 2vac lines and spray the insides out with WD40 let it drip onto an old rag and repeat until it's no longer gunky and dirty.. Let it dry and repeat... reinstall, see if that helps.. Don't put a wet IAC back in your car
