Hi,
Sounds like you are getting frustrated. We have all been there. As I had said, by cleaning the AIC and anything else inside the intake etc., you could have dislodged a piece of carbon buildup that is now stuck somewhere else. The AIC is the first thing I always replace when I acquire a new 900. That and the PCV valve. Hoses as well.
Unless you have access to another known good AIC and can swap, checking and rechecking the same thing will just piss you off more.
I have a chunk out of our garage wall at home where I threw the socket wrench after trying it a day to get it right! Had to buy a new wrench as well. :)
Sometimes better to deal with it on Monday be calling the shop.....
