Sorry but those are not 5/16"-20 screws. That's not even a standard pitch. 5/16-18 And 5/16-24 are the common SAE standards. The Saab cam cap bolts (like every fastener on the car with only about 3 exceptions) are metric and I believe (without looking) that they are 8.8 hardness which is the metric equivalent of grade 5. The correct size is 8 x 1.25 mm and that is a very common metric pitch for European cars. The Japanese tend to use 8 x 1.50 mm. You risk stripping the threads in the head by screwing any 5/16" bolt in there.
