Those are Ford Racing "Tuner" wheels, they were an accessory for the 1st gen Focus. They were also sold by ICW under a different name. I think they were all made by ICW.
17x7, ET38, and IIRC 21lbs each (about 3 less than Super Aeros). You can't really go more inboard than that - maybe a mm or two at most - before you interfere with suspension components. ET38 on a 7" wide wheel is about perfect IMHO. No rubbing anywhere ever.
* Should mention that car had an axle swap, so even though it's an '85 it has the Focus (4x108) bolt pattern. Like Super Aeros.
