You changed the bushings and they could have run out to be eccentric not to say that they don't have that particular behavioral affliction anyway:-)
The caster and or camber has changed, and now one of the wheels is pointing to Pluto.
When we built the racecar, I took a dummy engine/transmission using an autobox to make up the weight of the other stuff missing, like the hood, and engine parts in the way of the shims. Then, rolled that on the alignment machine and did a complete adjustment to the suspension so that it would get in the ballpark so to speak. I took 200 pounds of barbells to put in the seatless / driverless side of the car.
Then, when all the right stuff was installed it was back to rack for the final dial in. The last one we did, took about four tries to get it done correctly. But, when it was done, the car was glued to the track. Harris Automotive Lawrence, Kansas is now the place on the planet for Saab 900 racecar chassis setup / alignment :-)
