Are the upper control arms on the correct sides?
Right is right and left is left unless, when you take them out, you label them from the vantage point of sitting in the driver's seat and, when you put them back in, you put them in thinking of right and left from the vantage point of looking back at the windshield.
I say this because, when I went to get a replacement A-arm for mine, I grabbed both of them off the donor car. Then I promptly forgot which one was which. They can both fit on either side, but they're different enough that the alignment will be affected.
