Seems like it's running on only two or maybe three cylinders. Disconnect the injector connectors one at a time and see if there is any change in how it runs. If you disconnect one and it doesn't make a difference then that injector probably isn't working. You can do the same thing with the spark plug leads to see if it's an ignition issue.
