How are the rubber boots that connect the turbo ducting to the intercooler and throttle body. Check to see that they're not cracked and that they haven't popped off. On my car, when the boot to the throttle body popped off, the engine sound was very much like I heard on your first video.
Next, inspect the distributor cap for carbon tracks or corroded, burnt copper conductor tabs.
If that doesn't make a difference, inspect the spark plugs. One fellow who posted a few days ago had a dead cylinder. Turned out that one of the spark plugs was cracked. He replaced the spark plug and all was well.
