Unlikely there is a "fix" in a bottle or otherwise that would solve that problem. The oil pressure is overcoming the pressure built in the coolant system and forcing it past a breach.
I've temporarily fixed other issues related to coolant loss, but not overcoming oil pressure passing through to contaminate the coolant. Sorry, but I think the cure is to replace the head gasket.
Having said that, if you have a water cooled turbo ( and a 92T had one originally ), it makes me wonder if there is also a problem there. It would be a bummer to replace the head gasket and then the problem still exists.
Maybe it's time to move on -- strip out any good parts you want to save and ditch the rest?
That is why when writing up a repair ticket, you don't agree to replacing the head gasket as the scope of work. You have them write it up to eliminate the oil from coming into the coolant.
